Draught@Hilpeä Hauki, Helsinki. Amber colour, small off- white head. Aroma is rye, raspberries, mild toast along with some slight sourish wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some raspberries, and some mild wooden notes as well.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is peated malts, some sweet liquorice, alcohol and mild nutty tones with some caramel to it. Flavour is caramel malts, fudge, some peated tones, smoked wet wood, liquorice, alcohol and some slight dried fruits. A bit too boozy for my likes.

33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, hazy, with abundant fine white foam. Aroma is hoppy, piney. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is quite bitter, even too much for its body. Final is still quite bitter...

ABV: 6.7%. Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, berries, light tart - sour, light rapsberries. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet raspberry, sweet berries, sweet malt, wheat, light sour, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20220505]
