23/3/2019. Sample shared by Danlo, cheers Ed. Pours dark gold with no head. Aroma of baked apples, green apples, light brown sugar, wood and caramel. Light to moderate sweetness, medium sour and a little salt. Moderate body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Some tartness to finish.

Sample from Koelschtrinker, cheers Roman! Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of juicy apple, fleshy pear. Taste is tart, juicy, apple & pear, alittle cooked apple, with some light caramel and vanilla notes. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, very drying tart acidic and tannic pear finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample, thanks to Kolshtrinker. Pours clear copper gold, flat. Aroma is rich, fleshy ripe apple. Oily on the palate, acutely rich, with a bright, biting acidity that brings out the sweeter apple and perry pear notes, and perhaps contributes to it coming across much stronger than it is. Indeed it's quite a sweet, acidic, sugary cider / perry blend, the German perry pear fruit providing the bulk of the fruit character. Becomes more likeable as you journey through.

Sampled from 5 l-bag-in-box. Clear, golden with a few white bubbles on top. Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples and traces of pear. Gently sweet, just slightly sour, moderately dry and quite fruity taste of ripe apple and some pear, followed by a short, slightly tart finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Süffiger, rund apfeliger Beginn. Deutlich säuerlich, Birne, spritzig. Süffig bleibend, rund würzig, vollmundig. Zum Ende leicht alkoholisch, rund, langer Nachhall. 10/11/11/11//11

A clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of riped apples, mild sourish apples. Taste of dry sourish apples, sulfits, riped apples.

5l Bag-in-Box from the cidery. Sour fruity nose. The apple-pear-mix starts fruity sourish. Nice fresh fruity pears and apples there, refreshing and round with a mild and fruity back. Bitter fruited, smooth and very dry sourish in the end.

Thanks to Erzengel for that 0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass with a nearly two finger white head. Smooth malty smell. Taste is malty, some fruity sweetness, spicy. Intensive. Nice.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Some fine spicy notes. Well balanced finish with mild sweetness. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear dark golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, some bread and resins. Taste of resins, pine, caramelish malt, bread. Mild bitterness.
