Bottle shared with Beerhunter111, Koelschtrinker & Zlotta. Sweetish sticky beginning. Apples are there, and lots of sugars. The juicy component is very low, but the wine pushed with sugars is dominating the picture. Very strange idea. Sweetish sugary with hints of ripe apples in the back.

Bottle shared with Beerhunter111, Koelschtrinker & Zlotta. Dry winey beginning. Ripe fermented apples, no sweetness left. Sourish but smooth, sessionable with sour fruity apples in the body.

Trockener, etwas säuerlicher Antrunk von Äpfeln. Fast wässrig, merkwürdig angesichts der 6%. Steigende Säure, wässrig bleibend. 7/7/7/6/9/7

Sehr süßer Antrunk, der in weiten Teilen Apfelsaft gleicht allerdings einen Ticken weniger süß ist. Spritzig, Nuancen von Honig, trotz der starken Süße gut zu trinken. Ausgewogen, langer Nachhall. Gut! 8/11/9/11//11

Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, pale golden yellow. Sweetish, slightly sourish and moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some walnut. Very sweet, minimally sourish and slightly fruity taste of apples, marzipan and hints of honey, followed by a short, sweet and minimally tart finish. Medium body, almost oily mouthfeel, flat. Drinkable.

Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden, no head. Slightly sweetish, sourish and moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some wood. Just slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, dry and slightly fruity taste of green apples and some wood, followed by a short, minimally tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, minimally effervescent mouthfeel, flat. Okay!
