Slightly sourish, moderately fruity, very dry taste of green apples, followed by a short, very dry, slightly tart finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, flat. Okay!

Slightly sweetish, a bit sourish sourish, moderately fruity taste of green apples, wood and a touch of barnyard, followed by a short, slightly tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not good.

Slightly sweetish, moderately sour, a bit fruity taste of green apples and a touch of pear, followed by a medium long, rather tart, dry and slightly boozy finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!
