Rund fruchtiger Geruch. Spritziger, trocken säuerlicher Antrunk. Die errochene Fruchtigkeit bildet sich im Geschmack kaum ab, die Säure wirkt unrund, stumpf. Okay. 7/8/8/7/9/8

Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, golden, no head. Sourish-fruity aroma of ripe apples and some walnut. Moderately sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and a touch of walnut, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin body, minimally effervescent mouthfeel, flat. Okay!

Many thanks to Marc for sharing! Extremely dry, refreshing. Lots of sour fresh apples. Crisp, sulfur, not much tannins. Refreshing and easy to drink aftertaste, smooth sour, session cider!
