On tap @ CBF Düsseldorf. Malty dry beginning. Refreshinf, round with nice bitter hints. Long dry and refreshing aftertaste, round and refreshing with a nice bitter dry malty aftertaste. Nice Alt!

Sampled from tap at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Slightly sweetish, grassy-spicy and a little fruity aroma of straw, grains and butter. Sweetish, slightly bitter, grassy-spicy and a little fruity taste of grains, straw, butter and some vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Sampled from tap at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-grassy aroma of pineapple, lemon and grass. Sweetish, slightly fruity-grassy taste of lemon peel, straw, grains and some butter, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite dry and a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Sampled from tap at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Slightly hazy, reddish amber with a beige head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and some poo. Sweetish, malty and slightly grassy-spicy taste of caramel, nuts and some straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not very tasty. Interestingly, this was supposed to be the Alt with more aroma hop, but I didn’t get much of it while the Butze Alt was really hoppy.

Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Düsseldorfer Craftbier Festival 2017. Leicht trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist nussig hopfig, rotes malz. Geschmack ist trocken hopfig, nussig, sehr hopfig.
