It's hazy with a plum colour, medium head. The plum on this is really bright. Nice acidity, big plum, just a lot of fruit. The plums are bringing a lot of acidity to the table, but it's still within range. Decent balance in terms of the malt.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of juicy peaches and apricots, rustic notes, and a touch of farmhouse character—goddamn that’s a nice stone fruit character. Flavour is very juicy, with tons of juicy-yet-dry peaches and apricot upfront, rustic farmhouse yeast, and a touch of hay. Wonderfully juicy, fairly dry, and nicely buggy. Excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours a murky dull yellow. Loads of rustic, spicy saison yeast and a big peach / apricot character on the nose. Flavour has a big peach and apricot character, light to moderate acidity; a nice base of rustic saison yeast with crisp spicy notes. This is excellent, the base saison is fantastic and the adjuncts are an excellent complement.

Hazy and pale. There's a lot of peach on the nose, with beautiful dried apricot. On the palate, there's a ton of that peach and apricot. Bright and sweet, but with the peaches lending some tartness to the finish. I'm impressed with how much fruit is still here. Very good.

Dullish pale, quite hazy, thin head. There's a lot of floral, leafy hop on the nose, bringing stone fruit, rambutan, pear...so nice. Clean pale malt, light yeastiness, I get the spelt in that. The hop goes between lychee, mandarin, leans into a bit of bitterness. Soft body, bright fruit on that hop expression. Floodland's first IPA!

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is dominated by intense floral dry-hopping, gentle essence of peach, rustic saison yeast, and plenty of oak. Flavour is remarkably aggressive on the hops, with big juicy peach (despite their lack of), rustic saison yeast, and gentle oak. Impressive to get that much juicy peach without any fruit; the hops are really damn impressive here. Excellent hoppy AF saison.
