Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 05/18/2023). Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Simple rustic saison yeast, feint brett, decent.

2023 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice buggy wild yeast character, rustic saison yeast, and toasted grains. Flavour is fairly light, with rustic saison yeast, washed out hay, and dry spiciness. Finishes dry, rustic, and lightly spicy. Not the most complex, even for a 4.4% saison, but it's a bit lacking depth. Good, but not amazing.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy blonde with small foamy white head. Aroma has Brett, spicy saison yeast, bugs. Flavour has Brett funk, dry botanicals, well-integrated, spicy saison yeast, citrus peel, a bit peppery. Very nice; not often that botanicals work this well.

750ml (thx, Josh!) @ Salesforce. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: farmhouse notes with nicely integrated botanicals. Taste: a lot of botanicals, quite bitter. Overall: too much of botanicals for me here.

Pale and hazy. There's a medium head. This has a nice citrus and herb aroma, I'm getting more in the grapefruit vein. On the palate, it's bitter, lots of yarrow, assertive wormwood, light florals. Soft pale malt, nice brett, so the elements are coming together. Good balance, but I like the herbaceous stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice mix of wild yeast, barnyard funk, and low-level botanicals. Flavour is complex, with lots of wild yeast, botanicals, citrus, and rustic saison yeast. Complex with the wild yeast, and the addition of citrus and botanicals actually works well. The finish is quite bitter and somewhat floral. Excellent.
