Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed gold with white head. Nice saison yeast with underlying buckwheat character, balances quite nicely. Enjoyable.

Hazy, and pale. Thin head. Mellow honeyish aroma with earthy, herbaceous hops and light bugginess. Solid bitterness, definitely one of the hoppiest Floodlands I’ve ever had. Again, nice floral notes. The pale malt is solid always, and then there’s a moderate lactic note in the back. Probably more lactic than the usual from Floodland. Great complexity. A lot going on here - really nice depth.

Pale and hazy, slightly dull from the haze. Not much head. The aroma is big, bretty with floral, honeyish complexity. There’s a nice brett accent, a decent underlying hop bitterness, and again just a touch of malt sweetness. The bugs are lively, expressive on this. Excellent complexity and balance. Top of the line stuff.

750ml @ Ryan's shared with Josh (thx for helping with the logistics, dude!).
Aroma: refreshing, crispy, nice farmhouse characters.
Taste: along the same lines, quite intense and assertive, but still balanced not coming over the edge.
Overall: very nice ❤️

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed yellow gold with small white head. Really nice saison with feint funk and just a hint of flowers (yes, plural). Not generally a big spelt fan, but this all blends together nicely.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed yellow with small white head. Lots of pluot with an emphasis on the apricot, nice overall stone fruit character, enjoyable patio sipper, expected the finish to linger a little more, but still quite nice.
