750mL bottle. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Earthy saison yeast character on the nose, some faint citrus peels. Flavour has earthy and spicy saison yeast character, citrus peels, and a slightly harsh grain character. Quite hoppy as well. Great saison.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty grape skins, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is super complex, with lots of bugs, white wine grape must, oak, tannins, and some toasted grains. Vinous, buggy, and wonderfully cohesive. Fantastic.

Pale, with a bright vinous aroma. The base saison is showing through well. On the palate, it's got a decent vinous character, and a lean saison note. Mild brett, and a soft pale malt, great complexity to this one. Well-balanced.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed blonde with small white head. Light floral grapes, very light spelty buckwheat almost lemony base, soft bugs, very easy drinking. ABV hidden. Decent.

750mL bottle. Pours murky yellow with a white head. Great saison yeast expression, good funk, and wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has a great saison yeast character, big grape skins and white wine character, nice level of tannins. This is a fantastic grape saison.

Aroma: nice farmhouse notes, with some pleasant fruity funk.
Taste: along the same Iines, nice, quite assertive. Maybe has a litrle bit more oak notes than I would prefer.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction Bermondsey tasting. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is dank, dungy, green grass, salt funky bretty, tangy peach. Grapefruit. Palate is pithy, grapefruit. Palate is pithy citrus salty, sharp, tangy.

Hazy, dullish colour, with a bit of a head. There's a bright stone fruit character, juicy, light yeastiness, soft body. There's a little bit of bitterness in the finish. There's a fair bit of oak on this as well, which is nice. I love the complexity here.

Aroma: Brett, farmhouse notes, crispy.
Taste: along the same lines, quite tannic and oaky, has a better presence of the fruit than 2021 version (well that was a low bar anyway, lol), juicy.
Overall: nice one.
