750mL bottle, pours a fairly clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is full of complex bugs, with lots of oak, fermented out honey, and wild yeast. Flavour is complex, with loads of complex wild yeast, mostly fermented out honey -- though there is a tiny hint of sweetness -- followed by lots of oak and more bugs. Complex, buggy and well-integrated. Excellent.

Bottle at Black Christmas March 2022; 4.89% ABV, bottled 05/20/2021
Hazy pale blond. Farty, funky, warm aroma. Dry highly carbonated, sharp acidity, a bit sulfuric. Good complexity of funk and acidity, very good.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grape must, oak, floral. Slick body, grape must, oak, light dry finish, enjoyed this.

Cloudy orange-red colour. Nice aroma, cherries, vanilla, funk. Bone dry mouthfeel, moderately sour, with some funk and mild cherry flavour.
The arom as better than the flavour, overall it's aggressive and very good.

Hazy pale blond colour. The aroma is farty, strong, manure, nice bugs. Dry, acidic, grape skins, strong sulfur, farts, some astringency; it's quite pleasant, but not so complex or elegant, and some people may be put off by the sulfur.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of bugs, fruity, farty. Taste: along the same lines, quite acidic, lots of minerals and dry stone fruits. Overall: it's quite interesting, but it overreached my acidity tolerance level.
