Cherry colour, thin head. Big cherry nose, nice spice, tasty. Love the full on cherry character on this one.

Getting a touch of butyric, especially on the nose. Lots of fruits, soft and sweet on the palate. A bit cleaner on the palate than the aroma but not my favourite.

Hazy, light, bubbly, has a nice bretty character, earthy. Light brett note, sweet and honeyish. Light pedio, overall quite good.

Sweet cherry. Cloudy pinkish red with a small white head. Sweet cherry and pit with some light cinnamon.

Soured red fruit. Clear dark pink with a small white head. Soured red fruit, sweet cherry and some nice grape notes.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out white wine barrels, tart stone fruits, and a little oak. Flavour is very vinous, with lots of oak, wild yeast, and grape must. Deep and vinous. What a lovely beer.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright raspberries upfront, with oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is very deep, with lots of raspberries upfront, wild yeast, and oak. Wonderfully fruity, with a deep dry and tart finish. Excellent.

Bottle at Farmhouse Fest 2019, pours a hazy pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright honey, some tart stone fruits, and a little oak. Flavour is loaded with honey, tart stone fruits, some red wine notes, and a little wild yeast. Wonderfully well-integrated. Excellent.
