Last day for Wellspent so I had to make it down there to have one last beer. Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is grain and corn. Flavor is more of a sweet corn with a small bitterness at the end. Not my favorite from this brewer but again I had to go down and have one final beer.

Pour is a dark mahogany, amber with a large white head. Aroma is a fresh toasted grain. Flavor is more toasted grain with a minor sweet caramel. Finish is clean but quickly gone. A flavorful toasty and tasty Vienna.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is yeast esters and I guess that's lemongrass. The flavor is super berry forward. Lots of strawberry. I don't know if that is what they were going for but that's what I'm getting. Finish is more berry. An off but also refreshing saison.

Opaque colour and tiny beige head. Toasted with nice bourbon aroma. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Flavour has also lots of bourbon, some dried fruits, warming alcohol. Mellow, simple but good ba quad.

Hazy orange colour and small white head. A bit musty fruity aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Dry tropical fruits and yes, onion like notes. Meh.

Brewery draught, 1/18/25.
Dark, clear. Small, dark tan head.
Not too much cherry in the nose. Certainly nothing artificial or medicinal. Rich, dark chocolate-laced malts and hints of spicy bourbon and vanilla. No alcohol noted.
In the mouth it's quite full of all sorts of chocolate notes, including plentiful cacao. Not too fudgey, though, with lightly syrupy textures, good attenuation and tastefully done cherry additions. Fair bit of roasted acidity on the end with mellow bourbon in the background. Don't love cherry in stouts, but can respect the craft here.
