Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with very small frothy beige head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter roasted malt taste, smooth body, long bitter mocha finish. Nice and smooth, though a bit weak.

Bottle @ Varina Cafe - Ankara. Pours faintly cloudy light amber with uncharacteristically small almost non existent beige frithy head, faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter hay taste with a bit of citrus, thin body, abrupt finish. Not fizzy or fresh enough.

33cl bottle at BurgerLab, Atatürk airport, Istanbul. Not as refreshing as the Summer IPA, and I still didn’t manage to get a glass, but. Mild malty with mild fruity and floral notes, hints of citrus and honey. A bit to boring at first, but guess it was too cold. Some vegetables notes appear too? Not too memorable, but still an ocean away from the infamous industrial lager that’s so popular here. Fair low flavour intensity and mild, but certainly noticeable bitterness. 33cl bottle at BurgerLab, Atatürk airport, Istanbul. Wow, Turkish session IPA, that’s a nice surprise. Expected to find only macros at the airport, but this is certainly better than Efes. Nothing spectacular, but seems like a nice and clean session IPA. Fruity aroma dominated by citrus, tropical fruits and hints of malt too. Tasty, balanced and refreshing.
