16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head -- doesn't look like an impie. Aroma brings out toasted malt, but no notice of any of those adjuncts. Flavour is boozy and harsh, with boozy coffee, none of the other listed adjuncts, and alcohol. Boozy, muddled, jumbled... very disappointing for this brewery.

Medium brown, no head. This doesn't look like an imperial stout. Nutty aroma, light vanilla, maybe a touch of coffee. This is thin and weak. Totally misses for what it's claiming to be.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and light earth flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and light earth linger with light pine and light summer fruit.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Murky yellow gold pour. Frothy white head. Big tropical citrus aroma. Notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon and pineapple. Sharp, bittersweet citrus flavors. More grapefruit, orange and lemon notes. Some creaminess on palate from the oats. Dank citrus on backend. Boomin’!

On tap at the brewpub in Santa Clara. The singularity has happened and the robots are brewing good beer! Solid west coaster, that pours dark gold/slight amber with off-white head. Flavor and aroma and classic west coast, with citrus and slight dank with slight grapefruit.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear but very dark brown with a five finger foamy tan head that collapsed slowly. Aroma of roasty dark malt, chocolate and something fruit. Body is a bit thin - think all the carbonation went into the head. Flavor is lightly roasty dark malt with notes of chocolate and some sort of fruit. Perhaps a coffee note in the finish.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear dark gold with a large finely foaming white head. Aroma is bready with Noble hop. Near med body. Flavor is bready with some Noble and floral hops. Light grass/spice there. Reasonably dry and arguably sufficiently bitter.
