Dark brown. Medium head. Aroma is all toasted nuts and vanilla. Boozy up front, feels thick enough but yet not enough residual sweetness. Quite fruity, I imagine the Trappist yeast is why. It’s not bad. Not best of breed, but not bad.

Pale copper, not much head. Bready nose with hint of white wine…for real. A bit of apple in the finish…i know that’s on the menu but it’s on the palate and it should not be. Devalues the product because man I really don't want apple in my bock.

Quite pale. Thin head. Clean pale malt, fruity hop. Med bitterness. Could lean into the bitterness more, same as the regular version. I mean, it’s ctz, lean hard into that. Otherwise, it’s good.

Medium bitterness, off-dry. Clean pale base. Ok…nice hit of strisselspalt. It’s blonde biere de garde, kind of cool, almost refreshing.

Really bright nz hop on nose and palate. Thin malt, some of that overripe fruit you get in hazies. Even though it’s an NZ IPA.
