22 oz. bottle from Three Sheets in Dublin. It pours black with a small but dense tan head. The aroma is nice and sweet with some strong notes of marshmallow, vanilla and chocolate brownie. A good amount of roasted malt and only light hints of wood and bourbon. The flavor is pretty much the same with very low roast and more smoke, vanilla, walnut brownie, wood and s’mores. Very smooth on the palate with lower than average carbonation. I like how the roasted malt and bitterness is kept very low to allow the dessert-like qualities of the brew to come to the forefront. Very tasty stuff.
