Bottle shared by Johnny. Opaque black color average sized brown colored head. Aroma is malts, very sweet, pudding, vanilla. Flavor is similar: pretty damn sweet, vanilla, pudding, almost towards chemical chocolaty lactose, but not completely. Over the top sweetish vanilla though, however overall still drinkable. Happy to have been able to share this though, a full bottle by myself, nah.

Poured up on tap at tipsy where it exhibits a deep dark colored void of a body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up dark chocolate, fudge, vanilla and then some booze at the end of the draw. The taste delivers smooth slick sweet rich malts, a lasting sliver of plum to grape jam like sweet fruity esters as well as growing chocolate to dark chocolate goodness. To midway rich slick sweet vanilla intercedes and later joins the mild booziness to take this into the finish. Terrific sipper.

On tap at Wren House, pours jet black with a small light brown head. Aroma has huge vanilla beans and coconut upfront, with plenty of dark sugars. Flavour is ridiculously rich, with intense vanilla beans and stupid amounts of coconut, backed by sweet dark sugars. Over-the-top, but the vanilla and coconut character are so good that it's forgivable. Tasty, extreme, but totally inelegant, non-BA pastry.
