Can @ Wren House. Dark brown, thick head. Aroma is chocolate and hops, much more of a classic impy than the pastry stout I was promised. Full body, lots of sugars, touch of cream, mellow nuttiness. Rich, sweet but also pretty drinkable. Good balance between the pastry and the stout.

Med brown, some res fruit tartness and an overall fudgey character. Not a bad beer but fruity tart stout is not a thing for me.

Pale and hazy, lots of bright grapefruit hop. Fairly thick head. Hop nose is also quite dank. Hazy TIPA, crazy. Rich weedy hop, but the pale malts are really underdeveloped. That makes it a very drinkable tipa but it loses a little something on the richness of the style. Drinking like an IPA, hey I like it, even if it doesn’t fit the classic take on the style.

Hazy, nice orangey note, thin head. A bit light and fizzy, but there is a nice hop note, a bit melony with a light bitterness.

Amber, bright, thin head. This has a rich rye character and a whack of bitter hop. Just the right amount of chewiness.

Hazy, thin head, fairly pale. Has a nice fruity hop note - orange more than ama. Decent bitterness. Good light ale, quite hoppy.

Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Nathan for the can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, mild creamy sweetness. Light citric bite, trace of lemon. Little bitterness. Light spice on the smooth finish. Nice enough. Not blowing me socks off.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Nathan. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy white head. Fairly sweet, somewhat grainy, notes of crackery pale malts, ripe citrus, bitter lemon peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more grainy pale malts, alcohol, straw, ripe lemon. So so.
