Threes, Can Jam Brooklyn: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is super pungent fruitiness... papaya, mango, all that. Taste is lightly bitter. Relatively sweet. Large tasting. Kind of malty. Interesting.

Pint can pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up bready pils malts and a note of herbal kind of spicy hops as well as some faint pineapple. The taste delivers sweet pilsner malts with a sweet bready edge to it. It then quickly picks up bitter spicy and floral hops as well as murmurs of malt infused pineapple. Toward the finish it becomes a little more cracker like as the lagery apple and pear like esters bubble to the surface. Nice.

32oz crowler pours with a hazy but not opaque deep gold body that has a copper core and supports a full off white head of foam. The aroma offers up soft notes of mango and cantaloupe and then a blend of tangerine, tangelo and grapefruit The taste begins soft with some cantaloupe and mango and then it gets into tangy tangerine bleeding into bitter grapefruit and lime. Nice stuff with a pleasing balance.

Waxed 12oz bottle pours with a dark black body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a blend of dark roasted malts, molasses, chocolate and a malt ball sensation. The taste delivers dark roasted malts, molasses, a bit of caramel and then chocolate. Behind the malts is a mild level of sweetened blunted oak barrel character minus the boozy spirits. Great sipper.

Pint can pours with an opaque copper gold body that supports a thin dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up tangelo, tangerine, orange and then a bit of cantaloupe and mango. Nice. The taste delivers soft juicy notes of mango and cantaloupe that quickly give way to tangy and bitter juicy tangerine and tangelo. It picks up an orange juice sensation midway and into the finish. Solid juicy Pale that could use a bit more of a Pale malt backbone though.

Pint can pours with a murky opaque dull gold to copper body that supports a thin off white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, cantaloupe, mango and pineapple where soft and bright notes pull you in opposite directions. The taste delivers bitter grapefruit like bitter citrus hops and a thin tangy tangerine note. It then picks up softer juicier tropical fruitiness with cantaloupe and pineapple. This achieves a tasty balance and depth.

Pint can pours with a with a hazy copper gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up pineapple, guava, papaya and cantaloupe. Front to back tropical juiciness. The taste delivers smooth nearly soft notes of cantaloupe, guava and then thin papaya and pineapple. It gets a little more juicy as a modest level of booziness sets in toward the finish. Solid.

473ml can from Beer Republic. BBE unreadable. Pours cloudy orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramely malts, pine, citrus, floral hops, herbal notes and honey. Taste is sweet, tropical juicy and floral hoppy with some malts, caramel, pine, citrus and honey. Finish is slightly boozy, sweetish, malty and heavy with some floral and citrusy notes, pine, caramel and honey. Okay, quite heavy and slightly boozy, not super fresh.

Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Hazy orange coloured pour with white head and sticky lacing. Deep bold fruity with loads of exotic tropical fruit offered, juicy tangerine, pulpy mango, lychee, some citrus peel, medium to full bodied, light warming boozy but drinks well below the 11.2. Immense.
