Description
Bulgaria born and raised, fresh like the sea, free like the wind, full of love for heavy music and good beer, so we wanted to find a way to combine those two, have fun and share it with the world. We added a dedication and a looot of hard work and voila.

Nice. Not overly sweet. Caramel, toffee, toasted bread crust, light biscuit. Use uf Heidelberg RedX malt suspected
Spicy snap from the Rye - probably ~10%. Think pumpernickel, black pepper, a little earthy bite. Typical C hops (Chinook, Centennial and some late addition Citra)
Aroma.
Mild and pleasant. Honey, toast, fruit, rasin.
Neutral yeast. Likely Chico / US05.
Mouthfeel
Medium-full body. Finish is dry with lingering hop bitterness + rye spice.

Opaque colour, small brownish head. Roasted, smokey aroma. Medium-bodied. Mellow palate, sweetish flavour. Sweet licorice, some smoke, toastyness. This is interesting: sweetish, smokey, caramel vibes, smooth and mellow. Good.

Opaque colour, tiny head. Strong coconut aroma on roasted and coffeish nose. Full-bodied. Sweetish with Bounty-coconut flakes, coffee and toasted malts. A bit too much coco for my liking but ok.

I thought it was just a coffee stout. Little did I know it's mostly vanilla and maple syrup with a bit of coconut coffee. Not for me.
