Draught at Tapfield, and of the keg, small stable bubbly head, cloudy vibrant red colour, lactic, minerals and red fruit notes, feral hints on bak,, light yoghurty sourness. Nice and easy.

Can shared at the Columbus tasting. 2023-03-02. Many thanks to LKS. A dark black brown coloured pour with a halo of mid tan head. Aroma is woody roast, liquorice, ashy, some alchol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, waxy woody roast, liquroice, oily. Palate is medium sweet, oily, woody, lowish carbonation.

Can shared in London - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour, somewhat nutty, gooey chocolate, some ash and earth. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more gooey chocolate, roast, meat, rocky road. Not bad.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours clear honey-copper with a foamy, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of dry lightly toasted pine, subtle citrus peel, sun-kissed malts, earth. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Alright balance to finish, mild pine, dried citrus peel. Not bad. A bit thin but not bad.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up at Nosferatu. Pours deep brown with a creamy, beige head. Medium to big sweet flavour with rounded dark malt character, soft roast, vanilla, chocolate, light earth, marshmallows, dark berries. Medium bodied with fine car is toon. Sweet finish, some rocky road fudge, more cocoa, vanilla beans, low bitterness. Nice pastry.

Can. Black. Thick roasted notes, quite sweet vanilla and fudge, caramel, soft salt is there, earthy, cinnamon, thick sweet malts. Quite sweet but also bitter roast. Full bodied but a bit thin finish.
