Bottle @ The Egg Bar, Sofia. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a sour edge. Not really any Creme Brulee going on here. 200822

20/8/2022. Bottle shared at The Egg Bar, Sofia. Pours black with a small light beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, minimal crème brûlée. Unexpectedly sour tasting, with medium sweetness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Bit underwhelming.

20/8/2022. Bottle shared at Lion Hotel, Sofia. Bought at Vancaro. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, melon, light herb, coconut edge. Fairly sweet, moderate bitterness and body. Quite smooth. Average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Vancaro, Sofia. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sorachi hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.
