Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up in Sofia. Pours black-brown with a fading, foamy beige head. Tasty beer overall, with sweet chocolate notes, burnt caramel, mellow earthy bitterness, moderate ashy roast. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky, some baking cocoa, more charred caramel, toffee, raisins, scorched earth. Not bad.Â

Bottle.Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma of vanilla and slight bourbon nice warming and creamy with hint of chocolate and cream.

Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up at Nosferatu. Pours hazy grapefruit pink with a fluffy, white head. Decent, has some sturdy bitter berry seeds, understated pale bread, maybe some raspberry. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lingering seedy bitterness in the finish. Not a whole lot to it but it's drinkable.

Bottle at Nosferatu - Sofia. Pours deep brown with a quickly fading tan foam head. Pretty fun stuff, a bit of roasted malt, toasted coconut, light oily vanilla, a little ashy and scorched earth bitterness, baking cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes further oily coconut, bittersweet cocoa, moderate ashy roast. Good stuff overall.

Bottle at Vitamin B Sofia. Light black colour thin tan head. Coconut aroma and flavour. but it's not too sweet. if you coconut you will like it. I do. Coconut and milk chocolate. some lactose may be. a bit creamy. but the coconut is dry and balances it. I liked it.
