Hazy amber color with creamy head. Immediate smell of yeast. Nothing compared to the strong baker’s yeast flavor; it’s medium-smooth in the front, a bit astringent in the final; it has very light malt flavor, and light sweetness; rather low bitterness. Not a Bitter.

Hazy light amber color with creamy head. Simple and soft Ale, with a light character of cereals. Brewed by the same hand as the Albino Fox, just a bit sweeter and less yeasty.

Golden color with creamy head. Light and unoffensive beer, with a mild aroma and flavor of cereals, and a quite smooth mouthfeel; in the final there are traces of yeast and it gets a bit metallic; ordinary bitterness.

Bottle at Deans Winter Shelter Tasting. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma dry yeast and a little malt. The flavour is medium sour moderate sweet with a dry light citrus palate.

Sampled from bottle @ Deans Winter Shelter Tasting. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly sourish, a touch of lemon, slightly yeasty. Average body and carbonation.

Tap at the Brewpub. Poured a cloudy reddish amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt and a little yeast. The flavour is moderate to weak sweet with a smooth banana malt palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A highly unusual Bock. In fact I’m not sure its a Bock at all, but I did like it a lot.

Very cloudy, grey-ish color. No head. Like watered down oatmeal porridge. Tastes about the same, with horrible cheese notes, and a touch of hops. Mouth is thin, very watery. Didn’t like this at all.

Draft at De Paas. Pours hazy orange amber with a small tan head. Aroma of fruits, floral aspects, nuts and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
