Can. Clear amber, an inch of off white head. Aroma of sticky breadcrust, pine, citrus, hints of tropical fruit. So it tastes - very early 2000s Northwestern crystal and resin sort of IPA. Bitterness is firmish but struggles through at first. Pretty good.

Can. Hazy orange with a 2cm white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, crackers. Dryish and cleaner than it looks with firm crackery malt, grapefruit and some tropical fruit before bitterness that's got a little woody herbal element to it. Refreshing, pretty good.

Pours hazy gold with a large head.
Nose shows bold pine and resinous hops, caramel and clean malt.
Flavours include pine, resinous hops, pineapple, sweet clean malt balanced out by the big piny bitterness.

Didn't keep notes last night. Velvety mouthfeel initially, but with a bit of a cola fizz late. Chocolate and honey. Went down like a milkshake - hid its alcohol impressively.

An enjoyable WCIPA with pine, a hint of peach and boiled lollies. Quite a strong, slightly flattening pine finish.

Can. Very dark brown, a good cm of beige head. Roasty aroma with some earthy coffee, light citrus, new paper. Dryish with a balance of coffee and roast, light spices, Citrus gets a bit lost. Modest bitterness at the dryish end. Refreshing, pretty convincing.

It is a perfect IPA, the body is orange-copper troubled. The taste is perfect bitter and the sensation to eat the hop, 21.04.16, at Lausanne, Prélaz.
