Draught at Józsefvárosi Sörfesztivál (street fest), Budapest. On 20 june 2014.Clear dark reddish brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, grainy taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, apple, malty, grainy scent. Malty aftertaste.

On tap. Golden body, long lasting white head. The aroma and taste are both pretty balanced between the grainy malt and the spicy hops. Decent pils.

Medium white head. Clear yellow body. Vinegary funky barnyard aroma with lemon notes. Dry-acidic funky barnyard taste with wooden lemony notes. Mid-bodied. Dryish-acidic ashy lemony barnyard aftertaste with grassy notes. Weird, and extremely unusual. Nice, tho’, but probably not meant to be this way at all. (0.3l draft at Skanzenclub, Budapest.)

Appearance: Clear golden color with a fine frothy white head. Fine lacing.
Aroma: Grainy and mild hoppy.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Mild grainy and light hoppy.
Overall impression: Plain pale lager. I am not sure about this rating. It was listed as their own brew at Gerbeaud in Budapest. But at ratebeer is says: out of business. And this was the only one I could find with the same name.

Draught at Főzdefeszt III, Budapest. Muddy dark brown coloured, small off-white head, fruits and elder in the nose. The taste is pretty watery with notes of overripe fruits and elder. Also some acidic lemony notes in the finish. Let’s say quite incomplete beer.

F-Fest Budapest, these were courtesy of lord_totenkopf, shared with him and mattphilips (thanks!). Nose is pure elder juice. Golden body, thick white head. Elder owns the taste too. I can dig it, just not too complex, and again if you don’t like elder, stay away.
