first of all: this is definitely not an irish ale!!!! the appearance is ok, the colour is brownish-red, the head is acceptable; regarding the aromas: it has some disturbing, unidentifiable smell; it has some sweetness (in my opinion, just because of the added sugar) and bitter aftertaste, however it’s a bit too watery, if it was a real irish ale it would be far below the average; since it is not an irish ale (just a lager which tries to mimic an ale), it is acceptalbe for its price (but will never be my favourite)

Alig jobb, mint a társa, a nyári boszorkány. Ez se néz ki rosszul, csak megkóstolni ne kéne ezt se. Bár legalább hányingert nem okozott, mint a másik. Viszont úgy doppelbock ez, mint én topmodell... A bit better than the ’Nári boszorkány’ (which is undrinkable...). I would not name this thing ’doppelbock’...it is rather something synthetic ’material’. Rather bad beer...

Megjelenésre kifejezetten vonzó sör egy kevésbé vonzó 1 L-es PET palackból...az ízwe viszont egy borzalom, valami kesernyés savanyússággal. a végén már öklendeztem... Terrible beer, strongly not recommended. Naming this as ’dunkel’ should be a joke of the ’manufacturer’...

plastic bottle 1000ml. -from some small shop in Budapest. Pale amber coloured, small off-white head, the nose; hm for the first time in Szögedi beers I’ve also noticed beet. Malty caramel taste with notes of candy sugar and vegetables. Not too pleasant brew.

plastic bottle 1000ml. -from some small shop in Budapest. Slight pale golden coloured, minimal white head, odd sugary nose. Notes of honey, rubber and vegetables. Dry bitterish finish. This one is quite different than other Hungarian beers, but also is quite bad.
