Poured chill hazy light golden in color.
Light obviously, soft fruity, light malty. Crisp and balanced. No complaints here.

Draught@Perho, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma is grains, some hay, mild grassy and a bit bready tones. Flavour is hay, grains, grass, herbs and some sweet malty tones with a bit of earth too. Easygoing and somewhat thin palate.

Draught@Perho, Helsinki. Brownish amber colour with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma is toasted malts, some mild sweet dried fruity elements with a bit of wood as well. Flavour is toasted malts, some floral, dried fruity and mild wooden tones with some slight herbal elements too.

From plastic bag @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured deep orange in color, bubblyt thin head. Smooth mouthfeel. Spicy floral notes, some juniper, wheat and banana and sweetness.

Plastic bag @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto As Perho x Pikkulintu Vaalea Ruissahti Aroma has sweet banana tones and fruitiness. Flavour has junpier, sweet banana tones. Finishes with lingering juniper tones and mild flouriness. A solid sahti, perhaps a bit messy though.

(Poured from a tinfoil bag at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20240219) The beer poured thick and brown. Its head was bubbly and medium sized. Aroma had banana, juniper, sweet rye bread and malts. Palate was medium bodied and thick with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, rye bread, banana, juniper, sweetness and light bitterness. Aftertaste had banana, rye, juniper and light bitterness. Tasty sahti with strong rye notes.
