(Bottle, 0.5l, thanks VastActiv, at VastActiv, 20230518) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, citrus fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. Nice. Bit harsh.

50cl bottle at VastActiv tasting. Poured almost clear golden in color. Peachy nose, Belgian yeast, fruits and orange notes. Fairly clean.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, strawberries, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A nearly decent sweet brew with spicy and fruity notes.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 30.06.2020, from the brewery, 20200626)The beer poured reddish brown and quite clear. No head was formed. Aroma had berries, caramel and stomach acids. Palate was medium bodied and quite dry with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, hint of sourness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was dry, malty and lightly bitter. A weird brew. I'm not impressed.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20200619) The beer poured brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and juniper. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, chocolate, juniper, spiciness and light bitterness. Aftertaste was watery and lightly malty. A decent brew with pleasant malty notes. But I wouldn't call this one a sahti.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, vegetables, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, grass and bitterness. An unclean brew with some nice notes.
