Description
Offering unique hop-forward ales, crisp lagers, barrel-aged rarities and one of the Northwest’s most extensive wild & sour programs, Block 15 produces a range of artfully crafted beers, brewed with a nod toward fresh ingredients and fresh thinking.

We began serving up fine beer and food at our downtown Corvallis brewpub in 2008, and have since opened up a European-style pub—Caves Bier & Kitchen—as well as the Block 15 Brewery & Tap Room in south Corvallis. We are proud to have remained brewer-owned from day one.

Our 20bbl production brewery, built in 2015 and located in the shadow of the coastal range in south Corvallis, is the workhorse of our brewing operations. In addition to an increased-capacity brewhouse, our production brewery houses custom-designed Uni-tanks, a custom-fabricated mixing tank, a Meheen bottling line, and a Wild Goose canning line.

On Tap at the HorseBrass. Slightly hazy deep golden pour. Thin soapy sticky white head. Big sweet light malts and a firm hop precense. Fruity and tropical and fairly modest bitterness. A double for sure.

16 oz. can, pours a clear amber orange with a medium white head. Aroma has fresh doughy notes, light piney hops, and some oily resins. Flavour is soft, with earthy, piney hops, bready malt, and some doughy notes. Light-bodied, fluffy, and gentle piney on the finish. Excellent.

On tap at RidgeWood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has dank hops, doughy malt, and a touch of line. Flavour is fresh and dank as hell, with lots of dank hops, resinous hops, and light candied stone fruits. Slightly sweeter and less piney than regular Sticky Hands, but damn good.

Can. Pours a clear orange hue with a medium white head. A big fresh bouquet of perfume, citrus, lots of resin. Rich, a fair bit hoppier than the regular version in the fore, finishes very similar with sweet malty and sticky resin hops. The initial flavor is wonderful, effervescent, oily.
