Golden color, viscous pour. The aroma is a bit oxidised, with some honey. Semi-dry mouthfeel but smooth; there is some oxidization that transformed an anonymous mead into an interesting Marsala (or Sherry if you want), with vibrant vinous alcoholic notes and a light fruity touch.
Very pleasant, although this is not what it was meant to be.

Bottle at Innsbruck Weihnachtsmarkt
Red color, paler shade. Moderately sweet Mead, compared to the Klassik, this one has a delicate fruity trace, and the grapes give some astringency in the end, too. Here as well the alcohol is noticeable.
Pleasant and refreshing.

06/06 0.35 l bottle courtesy of Marko, thanks for sharing! It poured lighter yellow body with medium legs, quite oily though. Fine and aromatic, flowery honey nose, touched with alcohol. Weaker flavor, sweetish with some simple honey, laden with alcohol. Slightly lemony occasionaly. Finish was thus warming, quite strong and generally sweet. Alcohol turned to be the major enemy of this mead.

At a bio/rural store at the City Center West in Graz. Pale yellow body. Dry nose, strange, chocolate and honey, some alcohol. Humm. Light honey in the taste, some acidity, slightly peppery, and more alcoholic than it has any right to be. Not the best mead I’ve had, and that, coupled with a 10€ price at that store (7.5€ directly from the Imkerei though) is a bit painful.
