Description
Since 1993, FrogPubs has been serving its own handcrafted beers, all freshly brewed and straight from the vats. We are now far from the small microbrewery - still in use - in the cellar of Frog & Roast beef. Today, in addition to brewing every day in six of our thirteen pubs, FrogBeer has its own production brewery located north of Paris in the city of Pierrefitte-sur-Seine. This is where beer is brewed for FrogPubs, FrogBurgers, specialty stores and bars across France.

In our seven breweries, our 37 brewers create 12,000 hectoliters of beer per year with nearly forty different recipes, for the pleasure of your taste buds! The Brewery for bottled beers is in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine.

On tap at the Frog & Rosbif, Paris on 26th November 2021. Amber with off-white, mostly diminishing foam and scant lacing. Richly malty aroma loaded with caramel. Sweet fruits, caramel malts and leafy hops the last of which shape bitterness in the finish. Zingy mouthfeel and a medium body. Quenching.

From tap 31.08.21 at the Frog Revolution as the police are removing their fences after a major demonstration against the covid pass. Only those fences separate us from the Bastillion monument. Very dark ebony. Dense and persistent beige head and lacing. Well-balanced aroma and taste of dark malt, tobacco, grapefruit, pine shoots. Citrus bitterness is lingering on.
