Bottle, Patrick’s Irish pub, chronologically the last rate of the trip, though a few currently unidentifiable ones will be entered soon I hope. Pale clear body. Dryish, sweet aroma and taste, more apple than pear juice (it’s a mix). Prickly carbonation, dusty sweet finish. Good balance and fresh. A nice surprise!
