33cl pour at Krafter Belgrade pours a hazy orange with plenty of creamy, white head. Nose has orange, perfume, straw, bubblegum. Flavor does have a touch of yeast and bubblegum, orange, honey, malt. Flavor is off dry, a touch of cotton candy.

On tap at Krafter Beograd, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and a little vanilla. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla and medium toasted malt. A bit metallic and not overly complex, but pleasant.

On tap at Krafter Beograd, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, a touch of resins and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with light piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and dry, but not very interesting.

On tap at Krafter Beograd, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw and corn, with light wheaty malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with straw, corn and lightly sweet cereal malt. Clean and crisp. Solid.

spina, schiuma fine beige media persistenza, colore marrone/nero, al naso intenso vaniglia e mou, in bocca predomina il mou e caramello leggero tostato, carbonatazione moderata, corpo leggero, lieve acidula, amaro leggero. On tap at Lakat, Zemun as Sindikat lager. Shared with lovely Anja. Clear straw, small white head. Grainy, lightly lemony, bready. Dry, some malty flavours subdued. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderately lasting light finish. Nice lager.

On tap at the 4th Novi Sad Craft Beer Festival.So, apparently, Hopster gathered a dedicated fan base even in Valjevo, and that’s cool. The version at the festival was 3 months old and in itself lost a lot of its hoppiness, still retaining a solid malty base. Can’t wait to try it fresh!

Misty golden body with a thick, slightly off white head. Fresh hoppy aroma, basically the aroma of a freshly opened hop bag a little, herbal, without going into any better defined, say, fruitiness. Similar in the taste, with some slightly perfumey maltiness. Good, not thrilling. The owner says that Chinook might have taken over and that he will tweak the hops, and that’s cool. The brewery is starting to make more interesting beers and that’s always a plus!

On tap at the 4th Novi Sad Craft Beer Festival. Dark brown body. Fantastic blasts of vanilla dominate the aroma, one-dimensional, sweetish but very pleasant. Soft taste, more pleasant vanilla, very light chocolate, but it ends slightly to abruptly and it’s a bit too light. Still, this is an excellent beer that I found to be one of the best in the festival. Great job!

On tap at Lakat, Zemun as Sindikat Svetlo. Pours clear golden, medium short lasting white head. Malty, grainy, bready, yeasty, sweetish. Light to medium bodied. Bit watery.
