Description
The reason Jamie Emmerson and Irene Firmat started Full Sail in the first place was to build a company that was completely different from the ones where we’d previously worked. It wasn’t about business as usual. It was about finding our calling in life — about truly appreciating our “human resources,” and balancing work, life, family and friends in a way that makes life truly worth living.

Determined to make world-class beer in our own backyard, one of our first, and perhaps best, decisions was to invest in new, state-of-the-art brewing equipment. So we bit the bullet, laid down our borrowed cash, and spent the better part of 1987 installing the new system. Our love for the environment is what drives our sustainable practices, so pure water, local ingredients and responsible processes are poured into each and every tasty pint.

Bottle. Ok, i finally got this style. Found it at Hop City Craft Beer and Wine in Atlanta. Unfortunately, I had to buy a whole 12 pack to get it. I just have one comment. This style is nothing but an Amber Lager or a Marzen beer. Amber in color with hardly any head. Taste is a malty tastes beer. Aroma is malts with very light hints of caramel.

Bottle. Hazy, golden in color. Hoppy in taste, like an IPA. Don't understand the milkshake part. Tastes and smells like a regular IPA.

citrucy hops, with some odd odor, smells like sulfur. Flavor is light, and fruity. lots of nice hops, and this is really quite bitter. There is some more sulfur in the finish, might be an off bottle.

Bottle from a supermarket in Oregon. Aroma is sturdy caramel malts, notes of toffee and ripe fruits with a hint of hops. Flavour is almost medium sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Agreeable American Amber with a bittersweet finish.

Bottle from a supermarket in Oregon. Aroma is grassy hops and soft tropical fruits with grainy malt and a floral/perfumed aspect. Flavour is moderate sweet with a decent bitterness. Body is medium. Decent and drinkable as a beer, flavour is alright, but not a good IPA at all.
