Deep brown color and a nice off-white head. Hoppy-fruity nose. Taste is rather bitter-hoppy, roasted malts and dark red fruits. Nice long finish Good work, guys!

33cl @ Casal de Gualta. Un mystère certain entoure cette bière locale mais dont la brasserie m'est inconnue dans la zone. La cannette ne donne également aucune trace de Molta Birra - qui semble être plus un atelier brassage/magasin/restaurant.

Couleur dorée sur un léger voile, col blanc crémeux fin.
Arôme est plaisant avec de suite des effluves du riz de Pals qui sont assez généreuses et apportent une belle dimension à la bière, le tout est ponctué par de belles notes fruitées agrumes.
Palais est tout autant généreux, ici le riz est franchement bien placé - une APA classique mais bien ficelée propulsée par ce riz qui développe le caractère. Les houblons apportent aussi un beau caractère fruitée entre agrumes, fleuri et léger tropical.
Encore une belle surprise trouvée au bar local du village de Gualta.
