# 2396; 1/2021. Deep malty, toasty and bready aroma with spicy and chocolate notes. Dark copper body with good clarity; creamy, persistant, tany head. Bread crust and chocolate with higher spicy bitternes, dry finish, clean fermentation profile. Very well balanced beer with low residual sweetness. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Very good drinkability. Excellent Munich Dunkel! 0,7 l, bottle, cafe, Prague.

Fra skibsrederens importkoffert, en 0,75 flaske, på Fridtjofens soldekk under en paus i arbeidet: klar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer hele veien ned. Urter, gress, løvetann og andre florale inntrykk. Fin maltkropp og passelig bitter, halvtørr avslutning.
