Tap at the brewery. Really assertive rum in both aroma and flavour, defining the character here. Raisins, dried fruits, sweetish, softwoodiness. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Nice lava effect upon pour. Rather low bitterness, hops in the background. Moderate caramelly maltiness. A pretty good fusion, does not feel boozy. Very nice.

Tap at the brewery. The perník spices really are the key player here, defining the character. Not in an overwhelming intensity though, staying med-high overall. Otherwise there is moderate complementary nutty caramelly maltiness. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Easy drinking, tasty, very good. Just what I needed today.

Tap at the brewery. Moderate body, light sugary maltiness, moderate carbonation. Moderate bitterness, could use a bit more, but whatever. Clean, hops-centered, medium citrusy zesty character. Easy drinking. Very good.

Tap at the brewery. The first Brut IPA that actually comes close to how I understand the style. The only thing putting me off is a light cheesy vomity butyric acid impression. Otherwise thin body, med-high carbonation, malt completely background. Hops centered with moderate bitterness and flowery citrusy hops character. Shows promise, but the yeast health seems to have been less than ideal.

10.9.2020. Tap at the brewery. Quite standard svetly, even if a but oxidized. Otherwise moderate bitterness, classic herbal-earthy character. Med-full body, moderate carbonation, soft grainy maltiness. Good but not great. 6,9.

2.8.2025. Tap at the brewery. Quite clean, star of this visit. Classic normal svètlý, well made, with solid bitterness. Good. 7.4

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden-yellow body, white head. There is a nice citric, fruity hoppiness in the aroma, but unfortunately, some light earthy and feet-like notes do pop up here and there. The taste, however, was thankfully entirely clean. Citrus fruits, edged by light stone fruit, not too light for the style, ending in a bitterish finish. Not bad at all really, shame it wasn't entirely clean. Also, have to note - rounded the price up, the guy needs to return 40 to me, apparently can't find 40 in coins, but gives me 34 crowns while saying it's 40. Dude, come the fuck on, I might not be Czech but I can fucking count. If you had just said that there were not enough coins and apologized, I'd be more than okay with it. Like this? Lie to me for 6 crowns? Sad.
