Description

500ml can, shared with Finn. Golden-amber in appearance. Off-white, quickly diminishing foam. Sweet smell of earthy malts. Very sweet fruity taste added by almond and toffee. Masked alcohol by all the sweetness [Tromsø, 22.11.2008].

Bottle as Warka 7% ; Strong is not on the label; BB 06 19 2009. From Corti Bros. in Sacramento, CA. Brilliant orange tinged golden color with a decent near white head. Aroma of grain and a bit of alcohol. Hint of hop spice. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is sweetish malt with detectable grassy/spicey hop. Finishes a bit sweet. Surprisingly, it is not a drain pour.
