Can from the premier convenience store on Rosemount, Aberdeen. It pours clear amber with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, intoxicating, doughy white bread, rich tea biscuit, cheap supermarket ambient cake, damp grass and wet leaf. The taste is fairly crisp, dryish, bitter - sweet, snappy, cheap sponge cake, rich tea biscuit, sugary, honeyed grain, pleasing pillowy booze, some rawness, grass and boiled cabbage with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. This is actually alright. Hides the Abv fairly well. Boost delivered for a reasonable price.

500ml bottle, 5.2 % abv, shared with Finn. Crystal clear golden body, slowly diminishing white head, spotty lacing. Modest grain malty aromas. Pale malt-driven taste with moments of buttery caramel. Mid-sweet malty ending. A bit empty, but drinkable. (Hotel room, Warszawa, 17.10.2024).l

0,5 l can. Red golden in the glass, small one finger head. Toasted grainy aroma with chestnuts. Taste has also toasted grain and malt, sweet apple and cherry fruity background. Smooth. Low bitter hop. Soft carbonation. Not bad.
