Almost clear rich ruby-brown, beige head. The aroma has really sticky long-boil red cherry jam, some herbal/woody hop spice. The taste has those jammy malty notes as well, though not the sticky sugars - the strong resiny/woody bitterness keeps the malts at bay. Would like a less spartan bittering hop. Other tha that... Another simple well done beer from this brewery.

Hazy dark brown, beige head. Aroma: some medium-dark chocolate, dark toffee and vanilla. Not too hoppy - just some resins and spicy herbs, cereal husk - neither too roasty. Taste: balanced dark malts - rich and silky dark caramel without being too sweet to too chocolaty/roasty. Robust spicy bitterness keeping the things serious and drinkability high. At the same time it does have the body and flavour intensity. Just like the Fortul 13, not a super-star, just a good dark hearty hoppy beer.

Bottled 330ml. -thanks Matt, shared with Marko. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, light malty herbal nose. Biscuity malty, light fruity and caramel with some notes of herbal hops and sweetish finish. So so.

Bottle courtesy of Matt H. Murky orange-amber body, creamy white head. Peachy and herbal aroma, dry, maybe vaguely phenolic. Simple taste, soft, with a generic herbal, slightly citric hoppy presence. Okay beer, just didn't get its aromatics right.

BOTTLE. Hazy dullish amber, small off-white head. Aroma: caramel - quite sugary, overripe candied pink grapefruit. The taste has quite a bit of caramelized sugars, fruity caramel and a dash of citrus. Nice chewy, if somewhat sticky, body. Light to moderate citrus bitterness. A nice malt forward nostalgic IPA.
DRAFT. Mostly the same. Cloudier, a bit more chewy, but also a bit more astringent than the bottled version.
