Draught @ Pivovar Hostivar H1. Pours slightly hazy golden with a creamy white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light yeast, grassy hops, bitter fruit, citrus, grapefruit. Flavor is light bitter, malt, light yeast, grass, bitter fruity, citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. 290419

Tap at Spojovna. Hayz golden body with a lasting white head. The aroma is quite... huh... eggy, tart, herbal notes, not immediately appealing. The taste, however, immediately reveals why this got praise recently. Very much rustic herbal, eggy, white bread crust, nice mild sweetish touch, light bitter finish to round everything out. Now... if the aroma was slightly more appealing...

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- pleasantly spicy, sweet, compot, spicy dessert. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, spicy again, compot, berries... Medium to fuller bodied.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark copper colored. AROMA- decent, dark fruit- cherry, dark berries, elderflower berries, toasted malts, touch of cappucino. FLAVOR- dry, bitter, strawberry, dark berries, elderflower berries, pine, floral. Medium to fuller bodied.
