Bottle 50 cl. Pours black with a vague, orange hue showing and a smallish, beige head. Very vague aroma, chocolatey perhaps. Medium body, very sweet maltiness, hardly roasted, more licorice. Surprisingly little alcohol feel despite the 8,8% - I guess it all drowned in sugar. Aged on oak and whisky - what does that mean? Not that it matters much since you cannot detect either. It kinda grows on me as I get deeper into it and overcome that initial sugar chk. 280420

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Perfumy nose from the Amarillo - but a little held back, and perhaps not entirely fresh. Medium body, sweet biscuit and crystal malts with a rather bitter finish. Well.... 060320
