--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Almost clear amber, mid sized head, Piney nose with pieppermint and grapefruit. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Cedar and grapefruit, soem oine needles. Long resinous bitter finish.

Cask at the Head of Steam, Birmingham. Poured a hazy golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, rich, juicy mango, passionfruit, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, dried fruit, apricot marmalade. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, marmalade hops, caramel, sweet malt, apricot marmalade, hops bitter, light ruff.
