Tap at the tasting room. Pours dark gold with an off-white head. Aroma hardly exists for me. Near med body. Flavor is sour/mild tropical fruit/astringent wood. A good sour but there is no "specific" flavor for me.

Bomber from the taproom. Pours orangey gold with a white head. Aroma is pine/citrus. Med body. Flavor is brown sugar/malt, pine, citrus, spice, fruits. Various fruits. It’s juicy malty. Bitter, but not harshly. A bit far from dry. But quite delicious.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma has strong bready malt with hints of pineapple and stone fruit. Pale malt with some graham cracker on the nose. The flavor is mostly graham cracker malt with light hints of stone fruit. Low bitterness with a soft, lightly oily mouthy feel. Not sure how they managed to avoid strong hop character with the hops used here, but they did. Disappointing, but not really a bad beer.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. The nose holds doughy white bread, simple sugars. Light sweet flavour with notes of cereal, biscuit, white sugar, faint bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more cereal, white bread. Enjoyable.

Bomber from Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and salt. Med body or so. Flavor is citrus, some mixed arguably tropical fruits and hardly any salt. Guess the hop overpowers it. It is just barely tartish. There is a very nice mouth taste result - all the flavors combine into a bitter marvelousness. Hard to believe it’s only 20 IBU. Malt? Easily ignored. It supports the hop adequately. Nothing more required.
