Very dry, fruity pale, almost giving up a sour vein once the grapefruit-lemon hop notes combine with the white bread yeastiness on the finish. Very thin cracker malts provide a bare minimum of a sweet base. Earthy with a floral bitterness on the back end. Grainy and tart on the fade. Okay.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish orange gold with a finger of foam that dissipates into a ring. Strong floral aromas with alcohol, caramel and durian. Boozy and hot on the palate, slick and oily mouthfeel. Bitter pine, alcohol, malt and muted hops on the finish all with a lingering toasted sweetness that becomes cloying. Kind of a mess and hard to drink.

Bright, crisp tart farmhouse ale, with a pronounced citric sourness rounded out by a modest plum sweetness and grassy saison notes. Hints of vanilla, white grape, and yeast lead to a dry, acidic finish. The tartness, while prominent, never grows puckeringly assertive, while the plum slowly makes its presence known as the pint warms. Not a classic, but a nice pint on a warm afternoon. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lasting white head and good lacing. Subdued nose has mild traces of grain, plum, and yeast. Sparkly, light texture is good for the style. Tasty.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy straw with a full finger of spritzy white foam that lingers. Sprite-like aroma with lemon and lime aromas. Some creamy lemon on the palate. Well-carbonated with some light white grape flesh mid-palate. Some grass and faint mineral notes as it warms. Finish is mildly tart with more body than most with a nice dry muscat character.
