Klare goldgelbe Farbe; cremig-feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase getreidig und leicht malzig, frisch, blumiger Hopfen. Im Geschmack ebenfalls ziemlich getreidig, helles Malz, sehr frisch, milde Hopfenbittere, hintergründige Hopfenaromatik, mittlere Kohlensäure, ein sehr schlanker Körper. Insgesamt ein klassisches und feines Helles.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Label is different now (see pic). Clear, until I poured in the dregs, copper colour. Quite a short lived off white foam. Not particularly a looker. Nose has semi sweet malts that are ever so slightly metallic. Leafy floral hop. Taste is semi sweet also and again a bit of a metallic edge. Light body for style with under par carbonation. Thin finish. Really quite disappointing.

50 cl bottle. Golden color . Medium foamy head. Short lasting retention. Aroma is floral hops and malt. Balanced.Floral hops malts and biscuit flavor. Some earthy notes.Medium to light body.

Sharing this bottle with my wife, yesterday. A good beer, sweet and malty, really smooth, fruity and at the same time, you have a bitter side, alcohol well hidden, well balanced, tasty abd refreshing, German style heller bock, 28.10.2023
