Helles Bernstein; stabile gemischtporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase und im Mund einerseits mit deutlicher Honig- und Malzaromatik, andererseits mit viel blumigem und dezent fruchtigem Hopfen, nur leichte Süße, zurückhaltende Hopfenbittere, mittlerer Körper, alles sehr stimmig und süffig.

50cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish gold, fully transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is of cereal and a little herbaceous. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is rather bitter. Final is average in intensity, still rather bitter.

Clear golden yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of biscuits and crisp with not of malt and hops nice malty and smooth with sweet mild finish nice by style beer.

0.5 l bottle, a gift from Germany, shared with my dad. Pours hazy orangeish with thin head. Nice bittersweet lager with a malty, biscuit-like base that is very much to my liking. It reminds me of an ESB, good one.

Bottle at home. Aroma is bready malt, caramel, nuts, light toffee, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bitter finish. Body is medium. Not a bad Märzen.

Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Aroma is rich grainy malt with soft hoppy notes, hay, some caramel, mild floral and spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. A very fine Keller with some nice complexity and rich malts.

Bottle from Bierwinkel Hop, Amersfoort. Aroma is dark malt with caramel, dark bread, notes of chocolate and dried fruits. Flavour is sweet with a fairly bitter finish. Body is medium. Solid Doppelbock, I like the touch of chocolate.
