On keg at Shilling. Appearance - golden with a decent head and a slight haze. Nose - cardboard straight away. Some salt and sour at the back. Taste - more cardboard though not as prevalent. That said it does seem to dull the salty tang that was expected. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture. Overall - whether thereβs an oxidation issue or otherwise this is the only of the 7 beers on keg that I chose to leave.

On keg at Shilling. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - roast and chocolate. Toffee too. Coconut if you send out a search party. Taste - very light chocolateand again coconut if some imagination is used. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - didnβt get big coconut but a nice porter.

On keg at Shilling. Appearance - deep amber to brown with a nice fluffy head. Nose - crunchy biscuit and toffee. Looking for red fruit but instead Iβm getting something resembling dried oranges. Taste - more oranges and toffee. Dry crunchy biscuit at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - getting into Butter territory here. Nice enough.
