Redcastle Brewery officially opened its doors in 2016, brewing our much loved Tower IPA. Since then we have gone on to sample many different, styles of beer and currently have 9 core beers available in our range.
We create traditional British-style ales of exceptional quality and taste. We do everything in house - brewing, casking and bottling in a quality controlled environment.
Our ales are honest, flavoursome and moreish, just like us!

Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. It pours clear deep amber with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, fruit cake, dried apricot, tangy marmalade and wood. The taste is bitter, woody, chewy malt, resin, leather, earth, mild astringency, spice, toasted grass and marmalade with a dry, tannic finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit chewy and not overly drinkable. Fair.

Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. It pours clear deep gold with a decent white head. The aroma is toasted oats, white bread, cereal, stone fruits, orange marmalade and floral notes. The taste is crisp, pretty clean, firmly bitter, floral, stone fruits, orange peel, floury white bread, wheetabix and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth to it, but it quenches thy thirst. Not bad at all.

Bottle from Fountainhall Wines. It pours clear deep ruby with a thick beige head. The aroma is malt - driven, brown bread, victoria sponge, dried red berry and earth. The taste is bitter, pretty dry, wood, earthy, dried cranberry, red berry, black tea and tannins with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation.quite interesting, but don’t find it that drinkable. Not bad anyhow.
